Based on program research of typical dimensions, window opening sizes and the ceiling heights, programs are organized according to their dependancy on windows or lack thereof. The programs that need openings are placed on the perimeter of the core in order to be exposed to the outside easily, and are combined by floor areas and ceiling heights.
The programs that do not need windows are inserted inside of the core and are connected with the outer programs. The gaps created by the different dimensions of the programs on the perimeter and in the core connect to the window-less programs inside. These paths create internalized urban streets with green terraces and provide cross-ventilation for the other programs.
