Post-crisis eras are unique time which offer opportunities to rethink and redefine the architectural industry in the wake of crisis. In today’s market, architects have become their own developers, construction has become more cost and time efficient than ever, and clients and designers are more aware of how to generate financially successful projects.
Based on this context the project, ‘Programed-mega core’ is a new type of urban development considering financially and programmatically efficient building systems.
