This installation stands alone and does not impact on the existing buildings and their features in a negative manner. Each block is simply sandwiched (clamped) with plywood sheets and filled with reclaimed bluefoam by thin wire braces. The volume of foam minimizes the weight of the block. The staggered-stacking bluefoam reduces the volume to 60%, keeping the structure stable. This helps the block to be moved easily for transportation, installation, and reconfiguration by two or three people. Plywood and bluefoam can be reusable after disassembly of the installation.
