Green network based on the 23 existing bridges @ Hanriver park / Seoul (27328 m2), Korea

Demographic forecasts show that Seoul will grow by thirty million residents within the next 20 years. Projecting this growth into the near future, the city will have to take a 30% increase in population. However, the citys infrastructural networks, such as bridges, river parks and the river, have almost reached their capacity. Increasing infrastructure and its sizes could not be the best option in terms of cost and land-use. Seoul needs a specific space to take advantages of the existing infrastructures, to create a new point of Seoul to enjoy it, and to reflect citizens participation, rather than to increase the sizes of the infrastructures.
