1600’x 2200’/ proposed unit / Budget: N/A

Parallelogrammic Hou(s)tation is a new housing or town type triggered by the change of transportation mode, from car to High speed rail. It is proposed as an alternative to the 20th century suburban development. This includes the negative impact of automobile-centered design, and its related requirements of parking spaces, heavy highway interchanges, traffic, and increased CO2 emissions.
